FlushGut Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the FlushGut Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & Approval. Applications are reviewed and approved at FlushGut's sole discretion. We may decline or terminate any affiliate at any time.

2. Commissions. Affiliates earn the commission rate shown in their assigned offer (standard rate 20%) on the product subtotal of qualifying orders generated through their unique referral link, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts. Commissions are credited after the order is fulfilled and the return/refund window has passed.

3. Attribution. Referrals are tracked via cookie with a 90-day attribution window; the last affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit.

4. Payouts. Commissions are paid via PayPal once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on commissions. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FlushGut.

5. Promotion Guidelines. You may promote FlushGut through your own content, website, email list, and social channels, provided you: (a) clearly disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines (e.g., "#ad" / "affiliate link"); (b) only make claims supported by FlushGut's official product information — no medical, disease-treatment, or unapproved health claims (FlushGut is a dietary supplement; these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease); and (c) do not misrepresent pricing, promotions, or product benefits.

6. Prohibited Activities. You may not: bid on FlushGut trademarks or branded keywords in paid search; use coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty sites without prior written approval; send spam or unsolicited email/SMS; self-refer (purchase through your own link for personal commission); use cookie-stuffing, iframes, forced clicks, or other deceptive tracking; or register domains, handles, or ads using "FlushGut" or confusingly similar names.

7. Intellectual Property. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use FlushGut's approved logos and marketing assets solely to promote the Program. All trademarks and content remain FlushGut's property.

8. Termination. Either party may end participation at any time; your referral links will then be deactivated. We may withhold or reverse commissions earned through fraudulent, prohibited, or policy-violating activity.

9. Modifications. We may update these terms, commission rates, and program structure at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
